Introduction to SAP Fiori Applications in S/4HANA Sales

Creating a BP in S/4HANA Sales is done through the SAP Fiori front-end. This application centralizes the creation, editing, and viewing of BP for customers and suppliers.

To create a BP, search for the "Maintain Business Partner" application in the SAP Fiori Launchpad.

Creating a BP (Business Partner)

For creating a BP, the following information is needed under the General Data tab:

• Business Partner Categorization
• Business Partner Grouping
• Title (Mr, Mrs, Dr, etc.)
• Name
• Street / Number
• Postal Code / City
• Country
• Region
• Language

Once these details are entered, you can maintain the Company code data for the new BP using the following information:

• BP Role
• Company Code
• Reconciliation Account

Steps to enter company code data:

1. Switch to edit mode.
2. In the Create in BP Role section, choose FI Customer.
3. Select the Company Code button at the top of the screen.
4. Enter the Company Code.
5. Enter the Reconciliation Account.
6. Save the changes.

Next, create the BP in the sales area using the following information:

• BP Role: Create Customer
• Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, and Division

Confirm by pressing Enter, then maintain commercial data for orders as in SAP SD, such as currency, pricing group, pricing schema, etc.

For the Shipping section, enter data such as the shipping point and shipping condition.

For the Billing section, maintain data such as incoterms, payment condition, account determination data, tax data, etc.

Once all data is saved, the mandatory partner functions (such as requester, recipient, etc.) are created automatically.

The SAP Sales Order Fulfillment Cockpit

The Sales Order Fulfillment Cockpit is an integrative program that helps solve common problems faced by the commercial area when completing sales orders. The cockpit lists sales orders that cannot be completed for various reasons.

It highlights impediments and provides support information and specific options to resolve the issues. This allows monitoring of critical orders, facilitating collaboration with internal and external contacts, and enabling efficient problem resolution.

The cockpit monitors, resolves, and collaborates on issues such as:

• Incomplete data
• Unconfirmed quantities
• Credit blocks
• Billing blocks
• Delivery blocks and other delivery issues
• Transportation blocks and other transportation issues
• Billing and invoice posting issues
• Procurement, purchase order, and production order issues

This app can be found in the SAP Fiori Launchpad.

Billing Document Requests

SAP S/4HANA Sales uses Billing Document Requests (BDR) to persist billing data from various sources, such as integrated external systems and uploaded spreadsheet files. Searches can be performed on all BDR attributes using the search bar, combining search terms with filter options to refine the list.

External billing document requests can be created by uploading billing data in Microsoft Excel format.

Billing Document Request Management

A template can be downloaded from the Fiori app to structure billing data for external billing requests. Requests can be rejected or deleted if no longer needed, marking them as inappropriate for billing.

Customer Order Fulfillment

With SAP S/4HANA Sales, internal sales representatives can get an overview of the current customer order fulfillment situation, allowing them to focus on critical areas. They can use a priority list of unfulfilled customer orders to address the most important items first.

SAP Smart Business supports users with relevant information, contacts, and collaboration functions. Users can also document their actions with notes. SAP Smart Business adapts to key roles within the organization, enabling real-time decision-making and actions.

• Change status from red to green once problems are resolved.

Users can create custom tiles for specific evaluations, introducing personalized criteria for visualizing specific information like top customers, thresholds, sales organization, or customer.

Creating KPIs and Custom Tiles

To create a new tile for a specific evaluation:

• Create a new KPI from scratch or use an existing KPI as a model.
• Define the necessary threshold values.
• Create and assign a tile to the evaluation.

Various tile formats are available for new tiles, and the graphical representation can provide evaluation information even before launching the application. Once created and assigned to a tile catalog, the new tile can be added to the SAP Fiori Launchpad, either to an existing group or a new one.
